How Service Provider Pay Works

My Smart App Payment System

We know that Service Providers like you have a lot of choices, which is why we’ve created a pay system that is designed to make income reasonable and transparent for every Service be done. Below is more detailed information about how profits work.

Hour Pay + Tips – Smart App commission = Total Earning

Ground Pay

Base pay is My smart App’s base payment for each Services. This will range from $20-30+ depending on the Hours of service, and appeal of the request. services that require Service Providers to travel a longer distance, that are expected to take more time, and that are less popular with Service Providers will have a higher ground pay. Ground pay will not change based on the customer tip amount.  

Tips

Customers can leave a tip after the Service is completed. 100% of tips are yours on top of ground pay. 

My Smart App Commission

Smart App will take 7% percent from each completed Service from the service provider.

Acceptance Screen

To ensure that every Service Provider on the platform continues to be treated fairly and has access to reliable incomes, the offer amount you will now see on the acceptance screen will be the minimum amount that you will earn for each Service. Your income upon the completion of the delivery may be Higher than that request order amount, and you will see that reflected immediately in your earnings for that Services upon completion.
 

Please note that customers are Just able to tip after the delivery completed. You’ll receive a notification when a customer adds a post tip on any previous Service and will see an updated income breakdown for that done service.

When do Service Providers get paid?

Service Providers have 2 different payment methods available to them. The frequency at which a Servicer Provider gets paid depends on their chosen payment process read more about each procedure below.

Weekly Direct Deposit

Through Direct Deposit, Service Providers get paid on a weekly basis for all deliveries completed between Monday - Sunday of the previous week (ending Sunday at midnight). Payments are transferred at that time directly to your bank account with a 2–3-day processing period and usually appear by Thursday night.

 My smart app Fast Pay within the United States

Fast Pay gives Service Providers the ability to cash out their income daily for a small fee of $2.00, instead than waiting for their weekly direct deposit.
 

Note that you must have a debit card - not a prepaid card - on file to use Fast Pay.
 

My Smart Direct 

My smart Direct is a prepaid debit card exclusively for Service Providers that offers instant, no-fee deposits after every dash. access to over 10k no fee ATMs. Get paid on your terms.

 Cash on Delivery

Service Providers may also can opt into receiving Cash on Service orders where they will collect cash payment from the customer. The cash amount received, excluding tip, will be deducted from the Service Provider’s next balance transfer.
